Materials:
I hook
2 colors of worsted weight yarn
I used:
CA - Shades of Blue
CB - royal blue
Beg Cluster: ch 2, holding back last loop, work 2 dc in next 2 st, yo and pull thru all 3 loops on hook.
Cluster: holding back last loop, work 3 dc in next 3 st, yo and pull thru all 4 loops on hook.

With CA, Ch 4, join
Round 1: Ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 3.
Round 2: Ch 4, (dc, ch 1) in each dc around, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 4.
Round 3: Ch 3, 2 dc in next sp, (dc in next dc, 2 dc in next sp) around, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 3.
Round 4: Beg cluster, ch 3, (cluster in next 3 dc, ch 3) around, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 3. (12 clusters) Finish off CA.
Round 5: Join CB in any ch 3 sp, (ch 4, 2 trc, ch 3, 3 trc) in same sp, [*3dc in next sp, hdc in next cluster, 3 dc in next sp, * (3 trc, ch 3, 3 trc) in next sp] 3 times and * to * once more, join to 4th ch of beg ch 4.
Round 6: Sl st to corner, ch 4, (dc, ch 1) 3 times in corner, [*(skip next dc, dc in next dc, ch 1) 6 times, skip next dc*, (dc, ch 1) 4 times in corner] 3 times and * to * once more, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 4.
Round 7: Ch 3, dc in next sp, dc in next dc, (2dc, ch 3, 2dc) in corner, [*dc in each dc and sp across*, (2dc, ch 3, 2dc) in corner] 3 times and * to * once more, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 3. Finish off CB
Round 8: Join CA in any corner, (ch 3, dc, ch 3, 2dc) in corner, [*dc in each dc across to corner*, (2dc, ch 3, 2dc) in corner] 3 times and * to * once more, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 3. Finish off CA
Round 9: Join CB to any corner, (ch 3, dc, ch 3, 2dc) in corner, [*dc in each dc across to corner*, (2dc, ch 3, 2dc) in corner] 3 times and * to * once more, join to 3rd ch of beg ch 3.
Round 10: Sl st to corner, ch 1, [(sc, ch 3, sc) in corner, (ch 3, skip next dc, sc in next dc) to corner, ch 3] 4 times, join to 1st sc.
Round 11: Sl st in corner ch 3 sp, ch 1, [(sc, ch 3, sc) in corner loop, (ch 3, sc in next loop) to corner loop, ch 3] 4 times, join to 1st sc.
Round 12: Join CA to any corner ch 3 sp, ch 2, 4 hdc in corner sp, [*2 hdc in each loop across to corner loop*, 5 hdc in corner loop] 3 times and * to * once more, join to 2nd ch of beg ch 2. Finish off CA. Weave in the ends.
Round 12 can be done with sc or dc depending on the size.
