Popcorn: 4 dc in st, drop loop, slip hook in 1st dc and thru open loop on 4th dc, pull loop thru loop on hook.

Ch 4, join to form a ring round 1: ch 3, 11 dc in ring (12 dc)

round 2: ch 3, 3 dc in same st as joining, drop loop, slip hook in 3rd ch of beg ch and thru open loop on 3rd dc, pull thru loop on hook (beg popcorn), ch 2, (Popcorn, ch2) 11 times (12 popcorns). Join to top of beg popcorn.

round 3: sl to ch 2 sp, ch 3, 2 dc in sp, 3 dc in each sp around (12 3 dc groups). Join

round 4: sl to middle dc of 3 dc group. ch 3, 4 dc in same st, (+hdc in next 2 st, sc in next 4 st, hdc in next 2 st+, 5 dc in next st) 3 times, and + to + once more. Join

round 5: ch 4 (counds as dc and ch 1) *+5 dc in center of corner, ch 1, sk st, (3dc ch1 in next st, sk 2 st) 3 times,+ 3dc ch1 in next st, sk 1 s*+, do * to * 3 more times, then + to + once more, 2 dc in same st as first dc. Join.

round 6: sl to ch 1 sp, ch 3, 2 dc in sp, ch 1, *5 dc in center of corner, ch 1, (3 dc in next sp, ch 1) across* 4 times, join to first 3dc group. Finish off.
